By accessing or using ThreadStack at threadstack.tech, the ThreadStack Chrome extension, or any related services (collectively "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you may not use the Service. ThreadStack is operated by Bianca van Heerden, an individual based in South Africa.
ThreadStack provides tools to help social media users analyse their follower data on Threads (Meta) and Instagram (Meta).
ThreadStack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Meta Platforms Inc., Threads, or Instagram.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use ThreadStack only for lawful purposes and only in relation to your own social media accounts. You must not:
ThreadStack offers a free plan and paid Pro plans processed through PayPal.
All paid plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your PayPal account. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan. Due to the digital nature of the Service, we generally do not issue refunds for completed payments. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact info@threadstack.tech within 7 days.
ThreadStack operates an affiliate programme through which approved participants earn 25% commission on referred subscriptions. Commissions are calculated at month-end and paid via PayPal. Commissions are forfeited on chargebacks or refunded transactions. Self-referrals are not permitted. We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice or terminate affiliate accounts for policy violations.
The ThreadStack Chrome extension reads network responses from threads.net while you browse Threads using your own account. This data is processed and stored locally on your device. The extension does not require your password and does not log into any account on your behalf.
Your social media follower data is processed locally in your browser and in the Chrome extension. Please refer to our Privacy Policy at threadstack.tech/privacy.html for full details on how we handle your personal information.
The ThreadStack name, branding, website design, and code are the property of Bianca van Heerden. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
ThreadStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy at all times. Social media platforms may change their data structures at any time, which may temporarily affect Service functionality. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on information provided by the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bianca van Heerden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
